Perfect experience to relax and take in the nature and scenery. The bamboo rafts were neat to float down the river on and our guide even let us paddle for a bit. It's unbelievable to see how deep it gets in certain spots. The sounds of the different birds was a cool experience to hear and it was a great relaxing end to our vacation. [we did it on our way to the airport on our last day] Go early, it is less busy! People do try to sell you stuff on the side of the river and the guide tried to sell us his stuff as well which is something you'll just get used to while being in Jamaica. Try it out if you want a relaxing unique experience.

I actually signed up on line for this trip only to find out that I didn't get this particular ride so we changed it when we arrived in Montego Bay at the resort. We had no problem changing it and when we rode there we learned some interesting facts about Annie Palmer the Jamaican Witch and Rose Hall. We arrived and we shopped for a while then we took our trip down the river. It was 3 miles of relaxation and beautiful views and our guide "Nelson" was great; he took his time and showed us some sites like the grave yard which aren't really graves. We would do it again it was so much fun. Beautiful, romantic and relaxing, awesome.

Loved it,went twice! Slip off of the raft for a really cool swim. The gondolier will also tell you local history on your journey, that takes about 45 mins.

We did the bamboo rafting tour - we got there at the very end of the day, and the golden twilight was lovely as we drifted through the river. Our guide was Captain Ray - he was great and told us some interesting history and stories. Very recommended.
