“Deceiving and disappointing, but breathtaking scenery.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 July 2013

The pictures on their site are deceiving. To find the place was a hassle-driving around for hours, as the directions shown on the website were ambiguous and secondly the sign at the front says ''Satori'', you are not told this when making reservations. The pool was out of use,due to renovations. Wifi was only available outside and not in the rooms and the staff was not properly attired and were a bit unprofessional. The scenery however is breathtaking and peaceful and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Room Tip: Rooms with an ocean view are best-very peaceful, relaxing and breathtaking. This is one of the few t...

The name of this hotel says it all. So beautiful and serene! It took our breath away. The view from the balcony was amazing, it looks just like the pictures. The pool is open and the water was perfect it isn't huge but was really refreshing and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. They got the TV back to working when the cable had some issue, Walking the property is great nice the little beach is a fun place to collect shells and hangout. ( not like a great swimming beach though). My guy kept saying at any other hotel I'd be concerned about this and that but this place IS peace love and serenity!

To make things better:
OOO buy ink for the printer so we can print our boarding passes home
OOO get a soda machine or have even bottled water available for sale at the office (at this time of year the bar/restaurant is not open) and they sell nothing. We crossed the street to eat at Coconuts (delicious and very sweet people) and buy sodas. but it is work to cross that busy street
OOO Put your address here and elsewhere more clearly. easy to find if you know where it is. signage too small

Deception...The website shows a hideaway, but once there, you just want to leave. Just disappointing!

1. Name creates confusion - Satori sign for a place called Syrynity Palace
2. Entrance unkept & place looks like it isnt even in business.
3. Lack of GOOD Customer Service from office personnel.
4. NO Pool. Supposedly being renovated because it's too deep. (Though still advertised online)
5. Rooms were oversold online...doesn't look as good as pictured on their website. Bathroom tile work was just distasteful, tub was rusty, Closet wasnt enclosed. The room we got had no bulb on the balcony and their was no light fixture covering the bulb in the room.
6. The sand by the lake/lagoon needed to be combed.
7. The 'restaurant' across the street: KOKONUTZ, mentioned by the Manager as a place i could get at least breakfast, since they dont offer food at the hotel, doesn't open on weekends. Sooo...that didnt help us!
8. WiFi only available by the reception area. All other routers on the property were only there for show.

There was however a nice guy by the name of Kevron (Security/Night Office Attendant). He did help us out however he could.

Room Tip: 2nd Level, Middle rooms. Allow for best view and a sense of security
