“Nice new place across town”

This place opened on the opposite end of town from where I live, but I gladly make the 25 minute commute to go to one of my favourite new restaurants! Apparantly this is a satellite version of a place of the same name they have in Kingston, and they obviously have the formula down for a successful venue. The atmosphere is fresh, a lot of well done handpainted touches (apparently the owners daughter is an artist- I am an artist also so am picky about murals and décor-this nice and simply appointed place passed my test) They offer a wide variety of crepes- 2 of the 4 times I've eaten there I choose the smoked marlin one. Yum. One time I met the owner, and, having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I'm a big fan of "hands on" owners, and she definitely was the captain of that ship, ensuring good wait staff and food quality. The fresh lime and mint mojitos she recommended were fantasticly refreshing. It is located in one of Montego Bays upscale strip mall areas, but, so what, it's a definite "go-to" restaurant in my itinerary now.

Heard great reviews about the Kingston location and could not wait to visit the Mobay location once I heard it opened. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the food!!! I've had crepes in other parts of the world but Tea Tree Creperie FAR exceeds them ALL!
I enjoyed a managers pick, Marlin Crepe. Its AMAZING!!!
Do not think about leaving Jamaica before stopping in here for Breakfast, Lunch or dinner! They great desserts as well. LOVE the atmosphere, free wifi, friendly staff and the prices are very affordable.
Truly a GEM in Mobay...as well as KGN. Can't wait to come back...tomorrow :-)

Located a little outside of the Mobay Town Centre is the Bogue City Centre strip "mall". Tucked neatly between a kindergarten and an office supplies store you will find a beautifully hand decorated glass door and you will hear music streaming. Trust me. Go in. Get a menu. Sit down. Order that absolutely amazing Fresh Mint Frozen lemonade. Take a sip. Soak in the flavour of the freshly picked (literally. They actually grow the mint in back of the store!!!) mint and then peruse the menu. Slowly. Because you will have a difficult time choosing whether you want a savoury crepe or a sweet crepe, or whether you feel adventurous today and want to build your own crepe.
Then you realise that you really don't have to choose. You can have a savoury crepe and a sweet crepe for dessert! But then you catch a glimpse of the best, BEST ever carrot cake in the display case. Decisions, decisions, decisions :)

Te tree creperie is a wonderful authentic little creperie for lunch, a light dinner, brunch, breakfast. Whenever. Vegetarian options are plenty and you can put literally everything but the kitchen sink in a crepe. Have a side salad or the full epicurean salad. Ridiculously delicious. Soups, salads, desserts, crepes, quiches. All delicious. Oh...and the wide assortment of the most delicious teas! Perfect for a solo visit or with family and friends. The crepes also come in kiddie sizes.

Definitely recommend this place.
