Spring Garden offered a delicious and casual meal infused with Jamaican style. We had a seafood platter which offered a taste of it all, fish, crab back, shrimp, and it was tasty. I would recommend the platter because it's was a great way to try a little bit of everything. We were directed there from our hotel saying that it was a local spot that had good food. It was great for what we were looking for after spending a day at the beach - local seafood that was casual and tasted good. The service was good and so was the food, I would recommend this restaurant for a no frills, casual meal, that tastes good - easy and delicious.

We really wanted some local grilled fish and found it here. A grilled red snapper in jerk sauce was tasty, tangy, and perfectly done. My spouse had a garlic preparation of local lobster tail. A decent red bean soup preceded. Multiple other fish preparations were available and sounded tasty. The setting is open to the outside and casual. Service was pleasant and adquately quick.

Went there on Nov 11....Ambience of the actual building is fine, but very close to the road (Dump truck traffic noises, etc.) Service is good and attentive. Value for the meal is good, but not outstanding in taste. Desserts are average, maybe even supplied from a vendor.

I dined an evening at this restaurant with my family which includes 3 teens. It was a nice atmosphere away from the hectic tourist central. We had a choice of enjoying the outdoor air or dine in a comfortable air-conditioned area. The lighting, the music and the environment lends to fine, intimate dining. The waitress was very pleasant, and professional as with fine dining. The menu offerred quite a choice that appealled to both adults and children. The serving sizes was sufficient. We had no room for dessert. Prices were comparable to other fine dining. I would highly recommend seeking out this hidden gem.

This is a qourmet seafood restaurant without all the hipe. Ate there at lunch and in the evening and both times I kept repeating how delicious everything was. The portions were large and the subtle flavors of expertly prepared sauces and spices blending perfectly with each selection. The fish literally melted in your mouth and the flavors were so exquisite, you didn't want the meal to end. The evening ambiance was absolutely fantastic with soft nostalgic music, candles and everything you could ever want to make a special occasion a real success.
