We recently stayed at this resort for our honeymoon. The grounds were beautiful and we loved that it was a smaller resort. We did have a blast and would possibly go back, be we were disappointed with the rooms. They are quite dated with minimal amenities.
The resort is on a hill so it makes the property multi-level which means LOTS of stairs. If you have any knee issues this may not be pleasant for you. We ended up moving to a beachfront room (for an additional $50/night) which was worth it for us as I have a bad knee.
The staff and food is great, but they need to provide much more bottled water. There are only three restaurants on property, but they were quite good with a nice variety. Only one breakfast spot, but they do mix things up so that never was an issue for us. I would steer clear of room service though ... that left a bit to be desired.More
