The location of the property was awesome and the view was everything i expected. My family and i had a wonderful time. We rented two mini vans and was on the go around the island just about every day, however the time we spent at the villa was very relaxing, the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. it would have been nice if the property manager had meet us upon our arrival. The first night we had some issues but they were addressed and resolved the next day when i met with her. don't know why the property manager lives there because i never saw her after that day the staff took care of all my concerns.. We were a large group and at bath time the upstairs bathroom had on hot water and the bathrooms needed some upgrade. All and all i would definitely go back

We stayed at the Garden House villa for 2 weeks between August and September and had a wonderful experience. Our party was made up of 18 people who were all family and close friends. The villa was spacious, however it really could use a little modernizing and refurbishment in certain areas: toilet not flushing at times, air con in 3 bedrooms only made night times uncomfortable for those without, dated kitchen, shower in en suite not working, mostly cold showers, to name a few.
We were also expecting 4 staff as stated by the manager but there were only 3 staff members on arrival. However, Faithlyn and Leonie were absolutely wonderful! The meals they prepared were amazing...nothing was too much for them! They were very warm and friendly... wish we could have bought you home with us! The 4 star rating is really because of these 2 ladies!
Location was ideal as 5 minutes from the town center and local beaches. Setting was beautiful with gardens filled with local fruits and an amazing view!

We are please to announce that all our rooms are now air conditioned. We advise all our guests that we are an eco friendly Villa and our hot water system is powered by solar therefore if you want to by past this system to inform our staff which I am aware that you did on numerous occasions therefore having ample hot water. Our style is in keeping with the oldest villa in the parish of St. Ann. Our photos are up to date and reflect that of a colonial villa. That's what makes us special and unique from other properties in the area. We enjoyed having you and await your return.
1 review My friends and I rented this place for a 5 day stay and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, clean, up to date amenities wise, and the staff is incredible. They cooked amazing meals every night and were always so friendly. The pool is great and the views are spectacular. Michelle was so kind setting up our airport transfer and took us to the grocery store. It was an amazing and easy trip for us! I would 100% recommend renting this property.

You kinda worry when you have to take the sellers words for it, but I took a chance
and it paid off greatly. It was awesome, the views are breath taking, the place is nice and clean, relaxing, not to mention the staff. Will definitely be going back!! Oh and the staff can cook too!! Only con- didn't like the way owner spoke to staff????

Thank you for a great review! Garden House has since been updated, renovated and is waiting for your return. I would just like to add that the management has since changed hands since your visit your concern would have been with the management not with the owner.

At first I was very skeptical because you really are taking a risk with some place you've never been or seen before, you're basically going off what they are selling you so I was a bit nervous especially since my entire family was depending on me finding a great place. But I was not disappointed, it was great. The staff was great I mean terrific. You have a great view of the ocean from your balcony. You can walk the grounds which is heavenly filled with all type of fruits. My kids were in the pool from 7am to 7pm nightly. And the staff can really cook. They made some stew peas and I can still taste it. But really check this place out you won't be disappointed I guarantee it!
