This was our fourth visit. We had a mini family reunion and this was the perfect place for it!
The staff was so friendly and attentive. Delicious breakfast....The rooms were lovely and the cleanliness of the entire resort was spot on! The last night was filled with wonderful music and and a birthday celebration in the lobby hosted by Gail the owner and the staff. We thank them for sending us off in style and making our stay a most memorable one!

Room Tip: Ocean view rooms are worth the value!

My wife and I have stayed at the Tree House a dozen times. Friendly staff, AWESOME breakfasts, free by the way, Delicious dinners, nice gift shop with most supplies you might need. Outstanding cab drivers - Chef Allen the jerk man is a hoot!. Great beach. Rooms are nice and I was told wifi in all the rooms not just the lobby is coming. Best bar on the beach. I can't imagine staying any where else. One suggestion. Have a daily activity board so you know if something is scheduled that you would rather not be around such as a line dancing class with DJ. My group got a little miffed when this appeared out of nowhere when we were resting, reading and napping.

We just stayed here for 5 nights, including a family wedding hosted at the Negril Tree House. It was our first time in Jamaica, and we had an extremely relaxing vacation in Negril.

The service here is impeccable, and all of the staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. Everyone has a smile and a greeting as you pass, and many of them will remember your name after the first time they meet you.

The place itself is somewhere between the mega-all-inclusive resorts and the really rustic stuff along the beach, but the atmosphere is warm and open, and the staff treat you like family. The rooms are nice, clean, and quaint, with little shared porches full of chairs/hammocks. It's directly on the beach, with a shaded bar (good food - try Chef Allan's jerk chicken), pool/hot tub, and various water activities available for rent, as well as a small concession/gift shop and fruit stand.

We took a few day trips, and the front desk was able to arrange everything we needed, from suggestions on where to go, to hiring a trustworthy driver to get us there/back.

If (or maybe when) we come back to Jamaica, we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at TreeHouse resort for my annual girl's getaway! We had a blast! Staff are all very pleasant and courteous! The beach was fantastic! Rooms are quite spacious and I love the hammocks and the swings on each deck! If I had to suggest one thing, is to maybe have some light food that is available after 10pm or so. A few times we were hungry late, but had no options... Other than that, I'd definitely stay again!

Great location and staff was great. Even the locals that were selling near by were amazing. Nice older lady selling fresh fruit and vegetables and patties. The hotel makes you feel at home. Great breakfast and great lobby to hang out and get wifi

Negril, on the west coast off Jamaica is a very tranquil area - totally unpretentious - that appeals to the "Barefoot Beach" person. The Tree House has been there many years -located on the famous Negril Beach, it can be a comfortable respite for someone young or on a budget.
At the time of our visit rooms were $83/night. They are very basic - mostly garden view with four to six units per building. All of them had a metal wicker look table and chair on the deck and some had a small refrigerator and microwave oven.
The restaurant on site is on the 2nd floor of the main building, overlooking the beach. A nice setting although sparse looking -probably due to the time of day. A meager breakfast buffet with an omelet station was offered for $13 and the dinner special for the evening was posted as Pineapple Sauced Chicken Wings for $10.
The pool overlooked the ocean and beach bar. The hotel is located midway along the beach - making it convenient for a refreshment stop if you're on a walk to Margaritaville. Since it is not an all-inclusive resort many outside guests do stop here for refreshment.
My main concern with recommending his hotel would be meals. Since most hotels along the beach are All Inclusive and I didn't see any restaurants nearby - you would have to resort to an expensive taxi ride. Rates that were posted in the lobby ranged from $8-$12 per person with a minimum of 4 to a taxi.
The staff was very pleasant and you are in a very relaxing atmosphere.

After we had made our decision to get married in Negril, we started to get in touch with a few hotels and initially picked a different place. After it became clear that they couldn't deliver the number of rooms they had promised us, we contacted Treehouse and found Cynthia (the coordinator for our wedding), who did such a great job organizing everything. We are sooo happy we switched and stayed at the Treehouse, best decision ever.

Obviously, I liked the place from the photos I found online but when we got there we really loved it right away. Such a beautiful spot at the 7 miles beach, the perfect setting for our wedding. They upgraded us to the best suite they have, a huge 2 room, 2 bathroom apartment right at the beach. There is a wonderful and well-kept garden which most rooms are facing. All rooms have a little terrace so you can sit and watch the ocean or look at the garden.

We had to have a jerk chicken right away and the grill at the beach served the best we had in Negril (thanks to the singing chef, ask for him when you are there). The staff is just great, you get used and appreciate the pace everything operates at ("island time") quite quickly. The rooms come with breakfast, buffet-style and delicious. What I liked is that there were a lot of local options and not just boring continental breakfast (which was also available). Next, we checked out the bar. Same great service, and great drinks. Obviously you want to drink local, i.e. Red Stripe ($3) and rum punch (with freshly made smoothy). We also had dinner there which was solid but we wanted to try other things and not stay at the hotel all the time. We spent a few nice days at their beautiful beach and all of our 60+ guests enjoyed the Treehouse very much.

The wedding was of course the best thing ever but I might be biased ;-) No, really, Cynthia and her team did such a fantastic job, everything was perfect: perfect set up, drinks, food music... I wouldn't want to change a single thing...

We will definitely come back to the Treehouse one day, we had the best time ever! Thanks again, Cynthia and her awesome team!

Room Tip: Pick Suite A, B or C - you won't regret it. There are a few "regular" rooms that are p...
