Fantastic trip. Fantastic Service. Beach was amazing. The water park was very good. Food was excellent. Did I mention the service was fantastic? A great size - everything felt close even though our room was at the edge of the property.

This was our first time to a Resort. We loved the hospitality of everyone who worked at the resort. All so friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to Concierge in the 700 Block. Love the views! So, relaxing! On arrival we were greeted with a wonderful ice cold wash cloth to cool down with. We were given drinks, escorted to our room with them carrying all of our luggage. We went light... 1 carry-on suitcase and 2 backpacks for 4 days and 3 nights. It was just my husband, son and I. Just enough clothes and such for our trip. Mostly wearing swimsuits, shorts and cool clothing. I also, want to mentioned that we won this trip through McDonald's Monopoly in 2013. Yes, it is true!!!... we were shocked with the peel of a stamp off a medium coke. When we had to leave, we were sad to leave. The pampering is wonderful and we would love to go back sometime in the near future

We just returned from Beaches Negril and couldn't wait to share our experiences. My husband and I traveled with our 8 and 6 year old children. We all absolutely loved this place! Once through customs Beaches/Sandals has an exclusive spot to drop your luggage, use the restroom and grab a drink. Just after a few minutes the bus was ready to head to Negril. We had a wonderful driver who gave us a tour while on our 1-1/2 drive.

We stayed in the Santa Cruz block which was perfect and quiet at night. The resort isn't all that big so it was easy to get from one place to another. Santa Cruz is close to the Aqua Center and we had a lovely view of the Caribbean. Our room was just like it was in the picture. Housekeeping was wonderful and the refrigerator was stocked everyday with our favorite drinks. There is a microwave in your room as well as an XBOX. Games can be picked up at the concierge. Turn down service every night with the next days activities flyer left on the bed.

Pools were clean and warm. Our kids loved the two water slides and lazy river. Lots of activities throughout the day through the camp and around the resort. Plenty of towels throughout the day and two were in our room upon arrival to get us started.

The beach was beautifully kept. We brought our own floats but you can also buy some at the shop onsite. Several folks selling things walking along the beach but there was plenty of security. Didn't really bother us at all.

Stewfish was our favorite for breakfast. It's located right on the beach with a terrific menu. We also ate there for dinner which was delicious. The Mill was also very good for breakfast and had themed nights for dinner. All very good. My favorite lunch spot was Arizona's, they had a wonderful salad bar and nacho bar along with a full menu of Mexican food. Yummy! The burgers and pulled pork at the BBQ Grill (open to 3AM) were also very good. I would skip Kimono's, very entertaining but the food was okay. Dinos pizza and calzones were wonderful. Take advantage of Jamaican Day. They had a terrific buffet on the beach with tons of activities including zip lining for the kids, Sesame Street Characters, Big Momma, stilt walkers, and games. Beach bar was great! Catherine took very good care of us throughout our stay.

Included is the glass bottom boat and snorkeling. They had several trips throughout the day. Both were lots of fun. On the glass bottom boat ride Geico dove down and brought up star fish and conchs for the kids to hold and see. Very Nice! We also enjoyed the banana boat and the wild cat. I would recommend trying to do paddle board, water ski, snorkel and glass bottom boat rides early in the day as the water tends to not be as calm in the afternoon. Same goes with the diving, lots of fun and included.

Xbox Center was a lots of fun for my 8 year old. My 6 year old enjoyed making cookies with Cookie Monster.

We booked (for an extra charge) a catamaran cruise through Beaches prior to our arrival. Good thing we did as there was only one available day to go during our stay. This was absolutely wonderful and highly recommend to do it. The trip included a 30 minute snorkel, a trip up the coast to Ricks Cafe to see the cliffs, over to Margaritaville where we enjoyed the slide on the back of the catamaran along with the trampoline at Margaritaville. You had the option to grab a margarita or swim for another 30 minutes. Great DJ and bartender. Duane carried our bags on board, got our snorkels together and personally took my family around during the snorkel. He dove down and brought up starfish and other sea life for the kids to see and touch along with taking our underwater camera to take pictures of us. Really enjoyed this trip.

There are photographers throughout the property along with on the catamaran and diving trips. The photographers will give you wristbands with a number so you an look at your pictures at the onsite photo shop, Snap Shots. I recommend to drop your wristbands off everyday to start building your portfolio. We had over 200 pictures to sort through our last day. There are a bunch of packages to choose from...I went with a CD with a 100 pictures.

The staff was truly amazing and friendly! I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Beaches Negril.

We really loved Beaches Negril and would definitely book another trip there again.

Room Tip: Santa Cruz block is a great location. It's quiet but yet still close to everything. We stayed...

We stayed in May of 2012. The resort itself is getting a little tired but the beach and water are by far the best in Negril. This resort is a must see for people travelling with families. The waterpark will not disappoint. The only upgrade needed is that the pools always were a little dirty. We have travelled to many resorts and this pool was by far the worst. The food was excellent breakfast on the beach is hard to beat. We will be going back guaranteed to go and enjoy the sun, sand, and ocean.

Room Tip: Stay on the ground floor.

We just returned from our third trip to Beaches Negril. We were there June 13th thru June 22nd. it was my wife and two teenage girls ages 14 and 15 and myself. The Resort wasn't as crowded as in past years

We had requested a specific room on the third floor in the 600 Block and wasn't available until the next day when we checked in at concierge lounge. We stayed in the Beach Front Room. They put us on the second floor right below the requested room. After seeing this room, it was going to work out for our trip so we stayed it this room for the entire stay. The rooms had two trundle beds instead of the pullout sofa and chair. These beds/sofas worked out great for the two girls. The rooms were cleaned daily and resupplied with towels. Night time service wasn't supplied all evenings before we turned in but we could live with this. All cleaning staff was very friendly as usual.

We used the Concierge staff quit a bit during our stay. They made all our reservations for dinning and snorkeling for the week. They were very prompt getting our room restocked with drinks when we went through them throughout the day. Highly suggest using this service. Very helpful !

We ate at all the restarants on the property. The food was good and filling. We aren't foodies and we knew what to expect from previous visits. Seymor at the Mill made the best omelets in the mornings and after the second day knew what we liked. Dinos pizza hit the spot and we all ate more then we should have. The Italian chief at this place was great and would come out to insure you enjoyed the pizzas and see if there could be any improvements. We were disappointed in Valintinos the night we ate there. The food was slow coming out of the kitchen and the food just didn't seem to be as good as previous trips.

The highlight of the trip was the watersports program. I dive every chance I can and I took advantage of this program. I was able to conduct 17 dives including 1 night dive and 2 deep dives to Tugboat and Deep Plane. My daughter got certified prior to our trip and was able to enjoy 7 dives during our stay. Knowing she was still new to diving, they went out of there way to help or answer any questions she had. Since there were very few divers the time we were at Beaches, they tried to make sure we went to a different site each dive when possible. Several days it was just my daughter and myself on the dives. Can't say enough about the dive staff; 007, Karen, Charles, Simon, Norman and Rosemarie. Larry and Vincent the boat operators were great also. Always a laugh.

Oneil and Richard were great at the Main pool bar always kept it going. Oneil always kept my glass of Red Stripe full when I swam up to the bar and was great to talk to during some of the slow periods. Always tried to keep the party going.

The Soon Come Back dinner on the Beach was great. We really enjoyed talking to Amanda as she answered our questions and any news about the new planned Beaches Resorts. As usual we looked at other sites but we elected to return again next year. My wife booked the same room again for next year. We have researched other resorts not costing as much, but most don't include the diving like Beaches and Sandals include so it's well worth the added cost for me and this is one of the reason I seem to return.

I would like to see Wi Fi included as part of you stay instead of a add on.

Overall we had a great time and we were all sad to leave on ride back to Montego Bay and the airport.

Room Tip: Recommend using the rooms in the 600 Block. They are more centralized to everything.

As an agent i am lucky enough to get to see a lot of properties. I have just come back from spending a week at Beaches Negril on holiday with one of my friends. On arrival we were met by lovely staff with a long awaited cocktail and an ice cold flannel which was also greatly received. When we were shown to our room we had the wrong bed configuration however within minutes we were changed over with no problems. From there everything else was faultless, plenty of great food choice and different restaurants to choose from. Water sport were included so we indulged in snorkeling, glass bottom boat, surf boarding to name a few. The catamaran trip is a must. There is lots to do for kids of all ages, i thought the Sesame Street team characters were fab. Staff were so helpful, happy and pleasant to be around, nothing was too much trouble. Oneill, Patrick, Nordell and Shanuque were great bar staff. Johhnyjo, Maralyn and Nicola in the Mill restaurant were great waitress/waiters. The entertainments team were just perfect, worked very hard and gave it 110% in all they did, Omar, Obrian, Harry, Shelly, Neisha, Shaneka are just a few of whole we made great friends with throughout out stay. All in all this was a great trip and i will definately be saving my pennies to go back there again.
