Staying at this hotel, we thought we would try this restaurant with all the great reviews previously posted. We were not disappointed. The environment was beautiful, set in what feels like an oyster shell. Very unique. The menu is limited but gourmet. My husband and I enjoyed sea bass while our friends enjoyed scallops and beef. They have a very extensive and expensive wine list. The restaurant was quiet and slow, but it was a mid week night. Server was very attentive and helpful.
