We happened across the restaurant while walking from the ferry dock to the main bus stop on a hot afternoon. A chain restaurant in a touristy area-- you don't necessarily expect gourmet food, especially at mid-range prices. I had a burger and my wife had fish. Both were okay. Atmosphere is much like you'd expect from the name and décor; sort of a sports bar with a gift shop attached. Service was fine, though nothing to rave about as one reviewer has. It's certainly not particularly Puerto Rican, but if you're in the area and are hungry, you could do worse.
