The chef is fantastic - depth of flavor, everything cooked perfectly. Try the signature snapper. It comes with a great mashed white sweet potato and garlic. Previous reviews frequently complain about the wait. We went on a Tuesday night at 6 pm and were seated outside right away. At 7 pm, there were still empty tables. At 8 pm, the inside was loud and jam packed with people waiting for tables. Go early. Unless you are looking for a party atmosphere, sit outside. We love this place!
