“Best pizza ever tasted”
Reviewed 12 September 2013

We went to this place for lunch after spending most of the morning and afternoon walking Old San Juan. Employees were very courteous and helpful with the menu. Appetisers were exquisite. We ordered two pizzas, one for the kids, that they devoured, and one for us. That pizza was the most beautiful and tasty pizza we ever ate in a long time. And believe me when you have kids you try a lot of pizza. This is a beautiful family place and a place to hang out with friends and have a good beer and pizza. Try it, you won't regret. And the prices are reasonable.

“Delicious”
Reviewed 7 September 2013

Ordered the cheese sticks and a pepperoni/garlic pizza. The food was amazing! The restaurant is part of the El Convento complex but is yards above hotel food. The waiters were extremely friendly. Definitely an easy choice for a quick lunch.

“Incredible artesian pizza & fried ravioli!!! at Ponce de Leon Ave. Miramar.”
Reviewed 12 August 2013

They have valet parking, the place is nicely decorated; modern, urban. They have a wide selection of beers and wines from all over the world. Prompt, excellent service, (it was around 7:00 pm), place was not crowed at all. Went to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had the fried ravioli, fried calamari, the aranci (fried cheese, prociutto, rissotto balls), they could not be better. The crimini mushroom, chicken and pancetta pizza was made in heaven. The crust so thin, and crispy; my kind of pizza!!!) Just across Melanzana (another excellent pizzeria), but here at Pizza & Birre prices are more reasonable. Mohitos are GOOD!!!! Very nice place. Loved it. On weekends this restaurant can gets crowded after 10:00 pm, since it's very popular. Would definitely return. *This place is very popular, and can get crowed late on weekends. * The perfect place where to go for a pizza and a drink ,after a nice movie at Fine Arts Theater, in Miramar. ** No outdoor sitting.
