Owner description: The Museo de Vida Silvestre (or Wildlife Museum) in San Juan allows people to see what wild animals from around the world look like. It is filled with a variety of mounted animals in displays that depict their natural origin and behavioral habits. It is a great way to learn about animals from far and wide without ever leaving the metro area.

The brochure gives the impression that you are going on a "safari style" excursion. Simply put - there is NOTHING alive at the museum except the staff and the guests and there is no safari experience. It is two floors of exhibits of animals. Would not recommend at all. Wasted my families time and money!

Was here for a seminar in their meeting room. Very strange, no one visiting the place except an occasional school field trip. Granted it was the low season and middle of the week. Very quiet inside. The exhibits are okay. I got the feeling this was some politician's pork project that limps along. House of Horrors was set up for Halloween, go figure.

Museo de vida Silvestre features stunning paper mâché and plastic animals in their simulated environments. Situated on a city dump, this museum mimics all the ambiance of visiting a zoo, from the smell of poo, to the signs reading "do not touch the animals." In addition, this thing they call a museum is very small and visitors are only allowed to take pictures in a very limited area of the facility. Without a doubt, if you're looking to waste money and have a bad time this is the place for you!

Too small and too expensive. Saw the whole museum in 20 mins and paid $10 for adults and 7 for children, it's not interactive, and no guides around. Not worth it

Close to Condado and Old San Juan Area, very good for young children, they have a movie and few wild animal exhibits.
