I was in the mood for paella so I went direct to El Zipperle a German old fashioned restaurant in Hato Rey metro area of San Juan. Was not my first time, and I had a great paella pan at my table. All that big rice plater for me, it includes lobster instead of shrimp, a great flavorful chorizo and chicken and clamps.
Service is slow, slower than anywhere else but if you have time this is the place to go for tradition in Puerto Rico
