We stayed at the W and decided to rent a car and head into Esperanza. As Bananas had lots of people already eating there at 2:30 on a Thursday, we knew it would be good. Hubby had fried pork hops with rice & beans and loved them. I ate fish tacos at our resort and was underwhelmed. Bananas chef, Kurt, did magic with amazingly fresh fish and passion fruit salsa. I want to come back for dinner. Kiwi Kim greeted and took wonderful care of us. What a treat!
