We ate here the nite we arrived and our last night on the island. We like that it stays open later, and that the outdoor seating is right on the main street across from the ocean. The service is good and the food consistent and yummy. The wine list is adequate. The Puerto Rican paella is really good as is the pork and black bean dip. Also a must if you are on the island!!!

Out of the places that we ate in Esperanza this was by far the best. We ate at 5 different places including places like "bananas, trade winds and belly buttons" I would for sure eat at Bili's again and before I eat any where else. This is a restaurant you will want to go back to. We had the avocado salad and tuna with seaweed salad on soy ginger rice cake for appetizers. Yummy!!!. They also make the best mojito on the island and margarita. For dinner I had the snapper filet, conch and shrimp served with cassava gnocchi cilantro cream sauce. My husband had the mahi mahi filet with the root vegetable mash. The service was real good also. We will be back when we visit again!

The lobster was overcooked for $48. Although it was a huge lobster it was a little tough. The mahi mahi was also overcooked but covered in sweetness that made it better.

The issue with this restaurant is that it is very expensive for the quality of food. We cook for a living and fish should be succulent and should be able to take apart relatively easily when eating. The Mahi Mahi was very difficult to take apart.

We loved our lunch at Bili's so much that we came back for dinner the same night. Both meals were excellent, and the atmosphere is very easy-going. We especially enjoyed the 2 for 1 rum punch special at lunch. We call this: Rum Lunch. We ate at Quenepo, Bananas, and Duffy's -- but we found Bili's to be our favorite in Esperanza. Enjoy!!

The food was very tasty! If you would like to sit on the outside terrace, make a reservation. We sat inside and it was very nice too. They grow a lot of their own herbs such as the mint for the mojito. Yum yum!
