Villa Uno is a great house. It is simply beautiful -- not just the location, which is also fabulous -- but the home itself. The owners have managed that fine balance between a vacation spot that feels unique (not a canned resort) but does NOT make you feel like you are planted in the middle of somebody else's home (which can be a tad strange). They have excellent taste and the design is thoughtful as well as visually pleasing---actual space to put toiletries around the sink/lots of hooks to hang things. ALL the amenities (grill, towels, washing machines, beach gear) are there down to a tee and the location is great for groups. Grocery store, shops, etc. all within walking distance. Not only convenient but allows a big group some breathing time from one another without being tied to cars. The manager was accessible and responsible. The only caution I have is that the house has a lot of stairs. If you are traveling with elderly/children...be forewarned. The beach access stairs in particular may be intimidating.
