“A super culinary experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 May 2014

We have been to St Barts for over 15 years and somehow never got to Bartolomeo until last night. Wish we had gone there sooner. It is now one of our favorite restaurants in SB. The decor (very romantic) and the service (no attitude issues here) are first class. Anything you order from the menu is a piece of art but more importantly the food was delicious. I loved the "taste of the islands" entree. My husband was completely impressed with his beef tartare and the pork entree. Be aware, you will pay for this quality, but in our view it was worth it. We plan on returning before we leave the island.

“The chic restaurant of Guanahani Hotel”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 April 2014

It is the gastronomic and more refined restaurant of Guanahani. Food is very good and service as well. My main course, a selection of 3 fishes was excellent particularly the tuna tartar. Overall a very nice experience in a romantic setting. It opens from wednesday till sunday inclusive.

“Don't Miss This One!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 April 2014 via mobile

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this one! In fact, we ate there 3 out of our 9 nights. The bar area is charming and comfortable, serving excellent drinks and fun little appetizers. The service is superb in all areas! Nice wine list too! But the food....oh my! Fish dishes change daily, along with a couple of other specials. The freshness paired with unique presentations, make this a very special place. Although it is not overlooking the water (don't let that put you off) it is a VERY romantic, quiet, relaxing experience! Put this at the top of your list!!!

For a romantic dinner amongst the rustling palms with candle lights and good food one cannot beat Le Bartomoleo.
It is the dining room for Guanahani so if you stay there you can enjoy nightly but if you are staying elsewhere one should try it for a place thet lest the night, not the decor , not fight with the food.

“Phenomenal Meal”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2013

Had a wonderful meal at Le Bartolomeo. Had the Veal and the Sea Bass - both phenomenal! The parmesan ravioli for apps was the BEST I have ever had! Very high end menu - but with a high price - but you have to expect that in St Barts combined with this quality of food. This is high end NYC fare - but in the caribbean. A must try if you are in St Barts!
