“Worth another visit!”
Reviewed 21 August 2014

We went to Coal Pot several years ago on our first trip to St. Lucia. We loved it so much we always talked about going back. We'd read more recent reviews before this trip and were worried that the food and service had slipped after a change in ownership. Nope! Whatever problems they had were sorted out by the time we visited. It was as good as we remembered.

The Coquilles St. Jacques is fabulous and really sets the stage for a nice meal. The fresh fish is perfectly prepared. The airport is nearby, but only one plane landed and took off while we were at dinner, and it was not disturbing. The ambiance over the water is nice. Service was excellent, as we remembered. It was worth a second visit, and we look forward to the third! Recommend making a reservation to get a nice table by the water.

“Always Great!”
Reviewed 19 August 2014

The Coal Pot is a never-miss restaurant. The food is always excellent and reasonably priced. It's the ultimate power lunch spot, the ultimate, "impress your client" spot. We've taken many a client there and every single one walked away loving it. It's also a great place for lunch with your spouse.
