Words do not describe this 100+year old restored building.
The food is fresh, creatively displayed and off the charts good. The view is breath taking. You can see Martinique in the distance. So great, we got married here!

Following the signs from the GG's house we wound are way up the hill and into the Plantation grounds. Parked and marvelled at the mature grounds. We were welcomed into the house and had a quick tour of the lovely pottery for sale. Into the huge veranda with beautifully laid tables and comfortable armchairs. A fantastic vista opens out with views of Castries harbour, right upto Pigeon Island. A great menu with a good range of starters and main courses along with specials of the day. Drinks were ordered and appeared in no time. Freshly fried bread and butter appeared and with a lot of yums were soon dispatched. We ordered 3 salads with shrimps and a creole pork dish, these were served with a range of roast vegetables, all absolutely wonderful.
We just found enough room to eat a delicious range of desserts . The staff were delightful, fun and knowledgeable . The whole experience on a wet day was outstanding. so much so, we spend a whole lot of bucks on the house made pottery. Can see us winding up that hill pretty often.

Fresh food, local flavours, good service and lots of pots/ceramics made by the owner to tempt you also !
Views across Castries and up the coast towards Rodney Bay are stunning, a garden to walk about in and a quaint. authentic colonial house to add to the atmosphere. Only did dinner on Friday nights so Sunday lunch it was. Food cooked perfectly, very tasty and not too expensive.

We were the first guests of the day and were lucky enough to meet the owner who is delightful. Our server gave us a guided tour of the grounds describing all of the beautiful plants and flowers and letting us see the view from several vantage points. The food was excellent but not what wwe expected - almost dinner menu for lunch. Breakfast/brunch implies breakfast choices and there were none. Three of us had the grilled chicken with various sauces. Sides were served family style with a variety of choices. It was fun to try different Caribbean delicacies. A step back to st. Lucia of old.

I have signed in to trip advisor for the first time in years in order to be able to review The Pink Plantation House. usually I am lazy and us TA to read reviews but rarely feel inspired enough to contribute.
We are enjoying a lovely all inclusive holiday, but after a week of beach and water sports, we felt the need to break free. This was the perfect place. The drive up and through Castries was interesting but the best was arriving and witnessing the calm and peace of this place. The views are stunning and the food both reasonable and delicious. We stayed a couple of hours to have a light lunch, wander in the garden and browse the stunning pottery. We returned to our hotel happy to have seen and tasted the real St Lucia.
Well worth a visit
