Clean, spacious, comfortable and perfectly situated; The Boiled Frog Guesthouse is nestled down a driveway lined with tropical trees leading to a breathtaking view of the ocean and Choc Bay. I traveled to St. Lucia for my sisters wedding which was to take place at the Sandals Halcyon. Danielle and Steve came to pick up my luggage upon arrival and welcomed me with open arms. The guesthouse rooms were SO clean and spacious (fully equipped and furnished; kitchen, living and dinning room, bedroom, and beautiful tiled bathroom, closets with hangers, numerous electrical outlets, wireless internet). Danielle and Steve's Canadian hospitality clearly shone through; they recommended local activities, provided me with bus routes and housekeeping throughout the week. The guesthouse is in very close and safe walking distance from a supermarket to pick up groceries, snacks or items forgotten back home. The yard is well kept with mango trees, palms and other tropical plants; the back deck is the perfect place to relax in a lounge chair and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee during the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. In all my travels I have never felt more at home and relaxed than at The Boiled Frog. I would return to Saint Lucia just to stay at the Boiled Frog again.

Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This is a great place to relax from the stresses of everyday life. The location close to everything, yet secluded enough that you feel like you have found your own special piece of paradise.
We stayed in the cottage and enjoyed having the extra personal space to lounge about in the morning and evenings.
Steve and Danielle make you feel very welcome and comfortable, absolutely great hosts.

Just got back from 11 days at the Boiled Frog - FANTASTIC!!! Great place right on the ocean, very close beach access, huge covered deck off our air conditioned, large, ocean view room with a comfy king bed, use of laundry facilities, fridge, coffee in the room, close to a bus stop, taxi stand, restaurant, grocery, produce and book store. Danielle, & maybe Steve and the boys ;) keeps everything clean and tidy and cheerful and is a wealth of information if you're new to the island - who needs a tour guide! She also arranged a ride to the airport for us cheaper than the going rate, knows where to eat, shop, get a massage and just about everything else you need to know. You can sometimes catch a live "concert" Steve gives his son in the courtyard. The Boiled Frog is really a wonderful relaxing place to put your toes in the water and butt in the sand with a Piton beer in your hand.
