I enjoy my stay at the studio, The villa while away from the main Rodney Bay was a nice reprieve from all the activity and gave me time to relax. The place and the amenties was lovely. I would recommend the area ,i would however recommend that you get a 4 wheel drive to get to the hill. and get the name of the road to the villa , it is patrice something .
We were lucky enough to rent Justin and Trish's villa for 8 days in March. The villa is very accommodating. The views are amazing, and the breeze that flows throughout the villa makes it comfortable that the air was only used at night in the bedroom for sleeping. The kitchen had everything I needed for making a few meals and breakfast in the am. The only thing missing was a toaster. But we made due without it. There was three beautiful bedrooms, nicely done and 2 bathrooms, both newly remodeled. We only used the master bedroom and bath because of only two of us. The villa was perfect and would be perfect for a family. We did go to the Massey Grocery store right in Rodney Bay for groceries and it is about 1/3 higher than what we would pay in Wisconsin. The road up to the villa is a little rough but manageable. There is a washer and dryer at the villa and it worked excellent, so we just traveled by carry on, definitely the best way to travel. The grill was awesome, not many villas have grills due to safety issues but we appreciated it. There was cable tv in the living room and then Netflix in the bedroom. We had an economy size car and made it, but a 4x4 or suv may have been better. There is a beach at Windjammer at the bottom of the hill and we went there, and no questions to use their beach chairs and we had a couple beers. Justin and Trish answered all our questions and gave valuable advise before and while we were on the island. We loved the area, we utilized Rodney Bay a lot. We did enjoy the Gros Islet street party which is only a 15 min drive away even with the heavy traffic that Friday night. We enjoyed the Rodney Bay Marina on a couple of occasions for happy hour 5-6 at the Boardwalk Bar and then Bread Basket for dinner. Pidgeon Island is a must see, we visited twice but the second time was because we truly enjoyed the little beach. There is not really much night life in St. Lucia at night unless you sit at a bar and drink and few music venues but we had to drive so were careful in that nature.
We booked Patricia’s Home and really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at several rentals over the years and would place this on near the top for sure. It was very clean and already had a good supply of spices and cooking supplies which is a great savings. We really enjoyed the breeze that flows through the house making a very comfortable athmosphere and the view from the well furnished deck was outstanding. The Beach is just a short drive or you can get the bus. We travelled all over St Lucia and enjoyed the Rodney Bay Area best on our 3 week vacation. Thanks Trish I’m sure whoever stays at the Flamboyant will have a great time as we sure did!
Cheers to a great St Lucia vacation!!
Near Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, this Villa was a close drive to everything, grocery stores, shopping, Reduit Beach, Pigeon Island, Friday night Fish Fry. Trish & Justin (owners) were excellent hosts with lots of great advice. We were two couples staying here and found it to be very spacious for our needs. We found the kitchen well equipped for cooking our breakfasts and dinners together. Loved the high elevation of the Villa for great views and a refreshing breeze to keep any mosquitos away. We would definitely stay here again on any future visits to St. Lucia.
I absolutely love this villa and would recommend it to anyone. It’s a great standard but also manages to maintain a nice homely feel too. The kitchen is well kitted out with modern appliances and equipment with an island/breakfast bar to mooch around. The balcony is spacious and such a great area to slowly wake up in on a morning and relax in on an evening. The bedrooms are very comfortable, all with A/C if you require. There are two bathrooms which were really nicely decorated and had some nice little sample size bottles of goodies waiting for us. Also, the hosts were amazing, very attentive and accommodating with an appropriate amount of communication to be helpful and supportive. I just don’t want to leave at all!!! I can’t seem to add photos but I can confirm the photos included in the main advert are accurate and depict it well...although nothing can actually prepare you for the reality of the beautiful view from the balcony...it’s breathtaking!
I would highly recommend this unit! Very clean and spacious, quiet neighborhood and super close to the beach! Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and Rodney Bay entertainment hub. A great place to spend your holiday for an affordable price!!
