My family recently spent an unbelievable week in St. Lucia. It is a great vacation spot. In all fairness though I have to credit Real Irie Ultimate Adventure Tours for the amazing experience we had. They are a fabulous company, with wonderful owners and staff. Their goal was to make our vacation unforgettable and they did!!! They are extremely organized. Our buses were always early to pick us up at our hotel. We never had to wait for them. Their drivers were so much fun. They openly shared stories with us about the island, the people, their history, and their family. Some drivers even recited poetry for us. They are very warm and caring people. We used Real Irie for Horseback riding, the Historical Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay Lime, Ziplining, and Sweet Lime. Reel Irie is very accommodating and after listening to what we wanted to do created one amazing day after another. We really felt that we got our monies worth. Our vacation was so memorable we can't wait to come back. THANK YOU!

I just returned from St Lucia and had a hard time getting back to reality, we had a great time. we went to the street party, some of us went jet skiing, horse back riding, fishing and the greatest one of all the catamaran trip, this was good we had good food, good music we saw the Pitons up close, we snokeled, we just had a great time. Thank you Bob for the best vacation ever.

We just returned from a week in St Lucia and did all of our adventures with Reel Irie. While there we went horseback riding, ziplining, jet skiing, and dinner and liming at the street party, regrettably, we ran out of time to go fishing but others in our group went and enjoyed it immensely. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed their company and much as we enjoyed the excursions. They picked us up at our hotel, and took great care to make sure our needs were met.

My favorite excursion was the day we spent on the Catamaran when we sailed from Rodney Bay in the north to the Pitons in the south. Along the way we encountered a large pod of Dolphins which entertained us for quite a long time as they swam along in our wake and jumped out of the water to our squeals of delight.

We went ashore at Soufriere and were transported up to a warm mud bath with clay pulled from the volcano. You must do the mud bath with the group, we giggled and laughed at the sight of us all waiting for the mud to dry. After a quick rinse we headed over to Toraille Waterfall. The cool water was a nice contrast to the warm mud.

When we arrived back at the Catamaran, the crew had a hot lunch waiting for us. Good variety and very flavorful island cooking. It was all delicious and I really enjoyed the mac and cheese pie.

We stopped to snorkel on the way back and took a short cruise through Marigot bay. This island is so beautiful. I could spend all day just soaking in the sights.

It was a very full week but well worth while

Almost every vacation we take, we make a point of going fishing and we enjoy the fact that what we catch will be used for our meal later that same day. With this in mind, we booked a half-day deep sea fishing (trolling) trip with Reel Irie, who informed us that they would even prepare the fish for us after the trip was completed (which sounded awesome). The well maintained boat conveniently picked us up in Rodney Bay, where not after 10 minutes the rods were set up and lines cast. I would recommend sea sickness pills, as the seas were somewhat rough, and even those with strong stomachs may feel ill. Within the first hour we lost a marlin and a wahoo (much to my disappointment), but quickly overcame our downtime by hooking a total of 4 bluefin tuna, which we soon decided how we were going to prepare and cook three of the fish, and leave one for the boat as is our tradition. We had a great time and experience while on-board the boat up until the very end.
When we docked we were immediately disappointed by the captain and first mate who very rudely informed us that they would be keeping all the fish, since they wanted them. They never prepared or cooked the fish for us as was arranged, and we had to argue with the captain just to be able to take one fish for our meal. The last minutes of this trip left me with a very sour feeling about the way this was handled. I would recommend using Reel Irie again, but only with the stipulation that before you board the boat, make it well-known to the captain and first mates what you had previously arranged and agreed to while booking, what your plans for the day were, and what your plans for all the fish caught were, especially if you want to decide what to do with them, such as keeping or eating them.
