We stayed at the Landings for 8 days. Our room was spacious, full kitchen, front and back balconies. Decorated very classy, yet simple. AC and fan remotes in each room. We loved the view of the harbor. The beach was beautiful with water sports and floats. A true family getaway. The staff was very helpful. Adrienne George made sure we had everything we needed.

I have stayed in world class resorts around the world, and the landings truly did an excellent job at meeting my expectations. They have great staff, great service, clean condos, all the amenities. It was really fun and relaxing, perfect for a family looking for a beach vacation, every condo has multiple bedrooms with their own master baths, and shares a living/kitchen, plus patios. Some have hot tubs, while ours did not, it did have excellent views. I have nothing negative to say about it.

My husband and I, along with our two daughters, 7 and 10, stayed at the landings for six nights in July. The spacious accommodations were supurb---complete with a full kitchen, washer and dryer (and some detergent) and our own hot tub on the back balcony.we all enjoyed the hot tub after long days at the beach and pools...and the temperature wasn't too hot for the kids.
Before our arrival, we had ordered some grocery items to be sent to our room. They were all there waiting for us on the first day.
The pools were on the smaller side, but nice. The largest pool was steps from our building. The hotel had rafts/floats at the pool to enjoy too.
The beach was beautiful and was never packed. Floats were also available at the beach, along with snorkel gear to borrow and kayaks too. We ordered some drinks on the beach and they came within a reasonable amount of time.
Lunch at the beach club was always delicious and the service was good, except on our last day when it took over an hour for our food to come. But the wait staff was apologetic and picked up the tab for our drinks.
We ordered room service once with some friends and found it to be a good experience. We had a great time here. This vacation was one of our favorite family trips and we would definitely return.

I spent 2 weeks here in July with my husband and 3 kids. We loved it. We had a beachfront suite with plunge pool and were on the ground floor so we literally had a step at the end of a small terrace and we were on the beach. Accommodation was lovely as was the food. Staff were attentive & helpful. My daughters made smoothies in the kitchen with fruit from the fruit man who arrived daily on his boat. All in all a great experience.

Room Tip: We had ground floor beachfront with plunge pool, very close to restaurant & pool but never noisy...

We decided to come back to the Landings, our only regret being that we did not stay long enough last time. We don't often go back to places to which we have been before, perhaps with the concern that things won't be as good second time around. We need not have had some misgivings as things seem even better than before. Since our last stay wifi has been installed in the room (which is free - as it should be - and fast). The menu and service in the Beach Bar is quicker and more efficient than before (our main gripe last time was the time it sometimes took to get served). We were told that there is a new F&B Manager and it showed. There still isn't a shop, but that is a small matter in the scheme of things and, to be honest, I don't think that there is the custom to make it worthwhile - but they may want to consider getting the Concierge desk to sell basics such as sunscreen, toothbrushes and the like (although for all I know they may do already as we did not need any). Our room last time was big, and this time it was just as palatial, with stunning views across the marina and towards the sunset. Everything was as well kitted out as before and the standard of housekeeping was first class - the place was immaculate. I can't speak for room service as we went to Rodney Bay for all our meals and recommend highly the Sushi Bar in the Marina and the Spice of India (which is still as good an Indian meal as we have had anywhere in the world). In a word - faultless. Again the pictures I shall try to upload say it all.

Room Tip: There is a bit that looks unfinished - try to get a room that faces due West (either on the beach fr...

We enjoyed a lovely week at The Landings this month. The staff was gracious and attentive, and the rooms were absolutely breathtaking. Our teenagers enjoyed the area immensely as well. There is plenty to do if you choose, but it's also a very relaxing place to enjoy some lovely views.

The accommodations are excellent, however show some signs of wear and tear. For example in our master bedroom, a wall had a dent/hole. Hot tub was missing several tiles. It also was very cold when we arrived, it eventually warmed up on 3rd p, but not much. In second bedroom, the bed boards were in bad shape, torn and scratched. Overall a very nice room with 2 master bedrooms and 2 terraces, but the hotel needs to pay attention to such details for a luxury resort. The drive from hotel was very long, about 90 minutes, too long for me, but I enjoyed seeing the island. The beach and views are the best in this hotel. Food was ok for a luxury hotel, I think it could be better. They do not have a lot of choices on menu, so after 3 days we were getting tired eating same things. The food/drink service on beach is very slow and you need to be lucky to catch a waiter, so we just ordered a couple times. Palms restaurant was excellent! On the website it says that spa is 7,000 sf, it is not, I think they include lobby space. Spa is very small, has a warm pool with missing tiles and a steam room was not turned on, so I did not want to wait for it to warm up. There is no dry spa room. The massage was the best I ever had. The hotel has 3 pools, located on sides, not facing ocean. Two hot tubs did not work and were very cold. We preordered groceries 2 weeks in advance. They were delivered on second day afternoon, with a lot of missing items. I think overall the resort is beautiful, however the hotel needs to have maintenance manager, improve food choices and food delivery, and overall service.

Room Tip: Ask for beach front room, not marina view.
