“Unique Holiday Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 February 2014

If your desire is to try something unique and different on your next holiday to St. Lucia then this is a must see! It will be a true highlight of your trip. Paul and Nicki, (two super friendly guys) picked us up at Malgretoute Beach. We had a beautiful private beach to ourselves. They made lunch for us, using only locally grown products. They showed us how they cooked our meal using small clay ovens and pots. The most enjoyable part to this day was our lunch. We asked Paul, Nicki, and Joseph to join us for lunch. We had such a nice visit. It was particularly enjoyable because both of us are farmers with lots of comparisons between our two different methods of farming. After lunch and a relaxing snooze we had a tour of Paul and Nicki’s farm. We ate star fruit off the tree…WOW! (They used this to make the most refreshing fruit punch you could imagine!) Paul is so passionate about his farm and his desire to grow natural fruits and vegetables. You will have a great time with Paul and Nicki.....and memories that you will not forget!!

“Amazing, authentic and heartfelt experience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 February 2014

My partner and I had the pleasure of visiting Paul's outstanding piece of paradise this February. From the instant we met Paul and his nephew Nicky on the dock in Soufriere, we knew we were in for a unique and special day! We first got to experience the majesty of the Pitons by boat and learn about local fishing culture/practices. We then arrived to the beautiful beach, private, quiet and remote. Paul and Nicky set to cooking a phenomenal lunch with traditional clay pot technique, using ingredients from his farm! WHile they were cooking, we swam, drank rum punch and enjoyed the solitude. After lunch, we were able to tour the magical farm and walk to the natural mountain spring and drank fresh water right from the source. We sampled starfruit, pineapple, and even cocoa right from the trees! This was without a doubt the highlight of our trip to St. Lucia. Paul is so warm and inviting, we felt like part of his family. We learned so much about local customs and traditional culture on the island. This is not at all "touristy," it feels much more like spending a day with your good friend Paul on his little slice of paradise heaven. We cannot recommend this trip highly enough! Thank you Paul and Nicky for the wonderful day! Peace and Love!

“Welcomed Like Family”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 December 2013 via mobile

This was definitely a highlight of our trip. Paul and Niki made us feel very welcomed right from the beginning. Their knowledge of the area was amazing and they were able to answer all our questions. Having a Private beach to ourselves was so relaxing and we loved touring Paul's farm and learning about the local uses of the flowers and vegetables. If you want a day of relaxing and learning and feeling like part of the family, this is the tour for you.

“Best Day Ever”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 December 2013

"Best Day Ever" was the reaction from my 2 college age sons after spending the day with Nicki and Paul. It really was one of the best days our family has ever spent together and it is due to Paul and Nicki and the enthusiasm they show for this beautiful island they call home. From our wonderful driver, Fimba, who picked us up at our resort and then accompanied my son in the village to find replacement headphones before Paul picked us up in the boat to the very end of the day with all of the photo stops along the incredible coastling, you simply can not appreciate how beautiful this island is until you see it from the eyes of someone who loves it like these 2 do.

The meal was simply the best we have eaten on the island. My son who attends culinary school at home was amazed and my husband fascinated with the blend of textures and flavors. So sorry Paul that we are not big enough eaters but it was not for lack of trying. Learning all of the medicinal plants made all of us want to live on the island and be healthy and relaxed the natural way.

I can't think of a better Christmas present for this Mom than my 2 boys saying this was one of the best days ever. Thank you Paul and Nicki from the bottom of my heart for giving this very busy, going in 4 different directions family the chance to sit under a beautiful thatched hut on an incredible beach for the day and just connect with each other. There is no price you could put on this and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! You are truly a special person and Nicki is following right along with you!

“Roots culture and soul food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 December 2013

Had an absolutely amazing day with Paul and Nickey, they were the perfect hosts. We arranged for a pick up from the beach, and were taken on a short trip to the Zion Lion Farm, with sublime views of the pitons. Best of all was the enthusiasm in which Paul and Nickey told us about the history and views on our journey. I had asked them especially to teach our children (Ruby & Isaiah) as much as they could about the island, the history, the culture, the farm and the FOOD! Paul and Nickey did their very best to share their knowledge and to make our trip so much fun. They were great with the kids and they are fondly talked about back home, in fact they have been the subject of show and tell to their respective classes at school....and the FOOD. Proper, proper wholesome, yummysome food. It made for a real treat. I hunger for it now! Paul and Nickey are true gentlemen and a credit to their island. They made us so welcome and were very flexible in accomodating the young age of our children. An unforgettable day.
