Sugar beach restaurant located near to ocean has some major management issues. They take an advantage of travelers who doesn't speak English well and charge their credit card behind their back without them knowing. And if the customer asked to call back, they don't call you back and made their phones goes to voicemail directly. It has been absolutely horrible experience we ever have consider we traveled more than 50 counties worldwide.
I don't care how nice of the hotel and have an reputation in some things... if one of their customer experience unfair treatment and the management is not even willing to fix or support the customer is MAJOR turned off. Regardless How much perks they have there...
Please watch out for your credit card statement and make sure they didn't over charge you the things you didn't spend.
