We really cannot begin to express how amazing and beautiful Le Petit is! My husband did a lot of research (thanks, tripadvisor!) on Caribbean destinations for our honeymoon and we were immediately drawn to Grand Case and Le Petit for the peaceful beaches, beautiful views, and truly extraordinary food and we were not disappointed! We could go on for pages, but will simply say that Le Petit was so beautifully appointed (the views from each room and the amazing beach right at your doorstep - heaven!!) and the people were so helpful, thoughtful and generally wonderful. The location is perfect, so peaceful and scenic and just a short (10 minute) stroll along the beach to all of the top restaurants and Lolos. There are so many great places for a quick lunch or a few drinks nearby, it is really a nice aspect of the location. Remy and all of the staff make you feel so special, from the thoughtful suggestions and their helpful demeanor, we couldn't get over how great they were. The breakfast is delightful and it is so nice enjoying the delicious options (the pastries are amazing!!) on the balcony while the boats sail by. The beach is so clean and they have comfortable chairs and towels ready for you - they really have thought of everything!
We walked to the restaurants each night and felt perfectly safe walking back to the hotel at night. We took the advice of other reviews and didn't wear much jewelry & carried a small purse, which is nothing different from what we would do anywhere we travel! If you prefer to take a taxi, Remy thoughtfully provides the name and number for a shuttle that is really so conveniant!
The food in Grand Case is extraordinary. We really enjoyed every meal and the people are so welcoming in the area with all the restaurants, you won't be disappointed!
We already miss Remy and the wonderful staff and cannot wait to return someday (soon, we hope!). We couldn't imagine staying anywhere better than Le Petit!
Thank you so much Remy, Yamina, and the wonderful staff at Le Petit for making our honeymoon so memorable and amazing!!

In planning a vacation trip returning to St. Maarten, and knowing we wanted to try staying in Grand Case. I researched different places but kept coming back to, Le Petit Hotel. The reviews and high praise I read sold me on the place.

We stayed 5 nights and I can say everything about our stay was excellent. Remy and the staff were all great, the rooms and grounds were immaculate. We stayed on the second floor, the balconies on the second floor (not the third) are covered which was great after a day in the sun and the occasional rain during breakfast or evening cocktails!

They provided a light breakfast (not really light) that filled us up every morning: fresh juice, coffee, tea, fresh made croissants of all types, quiche, danish, fresh fruit, yogurt and I'm sure I'm missing something, but it was great!

The room was well appointed and spacious, and we loved the Mediterranean decor.

We will definitely return!

Their slogan is "for the lucky few" and it really is. This place is a small beautiful spot on a magnificent beach. The place is run by Remy and his wife Yamina, a couple of truly wonderful and accommodating hosts. The room was huge and really well designed. With having sunrises and sunsets from the balcony to spending all day on the beach right outside your room. On top of that the food in Grand Case is wonderful. If you are lucky enough to enjoy a vacation at Le Petit hotel you will have an experience of a lifetime. I only wish we didn't live 15,000km away!

My new wife and I have decided Le Petit Hotel was the perfect choice for our honeymoon. We stayed in room 2 for 6 days with the terrance that has steps directly to the beach. The room was great. Remy, Yamina, and Miriam were excellent. We felt a real personal touch here. Grand Case had so much to offer: great food, good music, excursions, scuba, etc. The room was very comfortable and we would recommend the hotel without reservation. Thanks Remy, Yamina, Henri, Miriam and to all the other staff who made our stay perfect. We will return.

We stayed at the Petit Hotel mid-March for two nights and we loved every minute. The room was so clean, the view is gorgeous, the patio was great, the breakfast was delicious. It was nice to wake up and go downstairs, load up a tray with great coffee and pastries, and bring it up to the room to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. Heaven. We even took our tray down to the beach one morning. Every single staff member was happy and helpful. Our internet didn't work one day and they fixed it immediately. They gave us restaurant recommendations, delicious homemade rum punch, etc. It was PERFECT!!! I would absolutely stay here again. Oh, and we mentioned kayaking and Remy unlocked the kayaks and hauled them down to the beach for us. Stay here.

My new wife and I were looking for a getaway that we could get to via direct flight and one that would offer a mix of France and the Caribbean. We certainly found it in St. Martin and at Le Petit Hotel.

From the moment we arrived, Remy and his lovely wife greeted us warmly, and showed us to our room. The room was a perfect mix of modern and traditional, with all amenities that we might need. The large window and balcony provided the stunning Caribbean views we were looking for, especially as we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning.

The beach was extremely clean, quiet and relaxing, and there were lounge chairs and beach towels for us to use.

At night we enjoyed the excellent French restaurants in Grand Case, and especially appreciated the little shuttle into town that was provided by the hotel.

Thank you to the Le Petit Hotel staff for the warm welcome, great memories, and fantastic hotel. We will be back! Merci encore.
