Our first visit to Bistrot Caraibes was last year. The Lobster Trimador is to die for!!! I craved it all year until we returned last week! It was even better than I remembered it. Don't make the mistake of leaving the Island without having it!!!! We can't wait to go back already!

We enjoy the bistro while on the island. Staff is friendly and the food is really good. The only downside is the location. They are on a corner and sometimes it is a bit noisy from outside traffic. If one doesn't mind that, then you will enjoy it. If you are looking for a quiet romantic spot, this may not fit the bill. Exchange was 1:1 on our visit.

We visit St. Martin approximately every two years and each time dinner at Bistrot Caraibes is a must...we are never disappointed. This time it was a mother/daughter dinner...as anticipated, the presentation, the service and the food were perfect. Making choices from this varied menu was a challenge as the descriptions were so appealing...and the dishes brought to other tables confirmed what we had pictured...this restaurant is a must and we'll be back in two years...

This was our second visit to Bistrot Caraibes, and once again, it did not disappoint. Service is attentive; neither too brisk nor annoyingly slow, as can sometimes be the case in the Caribbean. Although a little pricey, I felt like we were getting what we paid for. My St. Jacques were perfectly cooked, and just the right portion size to leave room for an exquisite dessert. Wine was good and not outrageously priced. Good food and value in what can sometimes be an expensive town. We'll definitely be back. Recommended!
