Amazing meals at this restaurant. Lots of restaurant in St Martin (apart from the local lolos) offer a menu with "traditional" French dishes which can feel a little out of place in the Caribbean. Le Ti Provencal chef on the other hand composed a menu based on the products locally available -that's a lot of fish and seafood- to which he added a twist of Provence style. The result is original and perfectly executed. The wine list is just right to complement the food and service is impeccable.

Pricey but very good food. Onion soup and escargot were incredible. Seafood spaghetti and risotto were delicious. Mahi mahi was dry. Service was outstanding!

We ordered 5 tapas and each one was made from fresh ingredients and they were all very tasty. We were there on a cruise day, so had to wait a few minutes for the small tour group from the ship to eat first as they were on a tight schedule, but it wasn't bad at all. We enjoyed the view of the quiet and rainy beach very much and stayed a little longer for drinks after the meal. A very relaxing and fulfilling afternoon, though probably not as nice or relaxing during the busy season. Highly recommend this place.

The worst experience in Grand Case! Every summer we go for a week to st Martin and have always enjoyed the restaurants in Grand Case, but this summer when we went to Le ti Provençal we were immediately seated and gave us water but we stayed like that for the longest 20 minutes ever! The 3 waiters were apparently too busy with the other 3 tables that after waiting 20 minutes we eventually decided to leave the restaurant only to be followed by the rudest chef ever screaming at us in front of the other tables! Horrible do not recommend

We were in St.Maartin for four days. We went to this restaurant on our third night. We had eaten at two of the other top places listed and had incredibly delicious meals at each of those places. We were promptly seated and greeted by a very friendly and well mannered waiter who let us know the specials. One of the delightful aspects of this restaurant is they bring a tray with the fresh fish caught that can be selected for dinner. Each of us truly enjoyed our meal from the beginning to the end BUT the most delicious yellow fin snapper was the absolute hit of the night. They debone it right at the table and then bring it back in the kitchen to add the vegetables. This was probably the most delicious fish I have ever eaten and prepared perfectly. It is right by the water and romantic. This place is a gift to your palate.
