This is a very French establishment with charming waitresses. From the street it is not appealing, but inside, the tables by the water are beautiful. It got much louder halfway through our meal when a large group of smokers was seated near us. (Oh, well.) Everything we ordered was attractive and beautifully seasoned. For starters we had sweet pepper gazpacho and classic Caesar salad (fresh anchovies.) Our entrees were roasted Brazilian lobster "Effet Mer style", with pumpkin and cinnamon mousse, and the Chilean sea bass (crab crème brûlée and a quinoa/risotto combination. We finished with the cheese plate and left happy.
