Owner description: A quaint and tiny island surrounded by coral reef.

Not a whole lot here, but that may be the point for many people. Very small with a restaurant, bar, beach and a few cottages up on the hill near the original house. The view from the top is excellent and the winds are fresh and cooling up there. Lizards everywhere and nice places to snorkel around the reef

We went there to snorkel and get dinner. The snorkeling was mediocre and the bar at the top of the hill was not open. Part of the restaurant was open, but the food was disappointing and the waitresses had bad attitude.

This place is like to be in a paradise. This is a little Island with a huge colorful reef. There are a bar (quite expensive), a shop with a lot of souvenirs and a nice dock, where you can charge fuel, and take pictures in an English´s telephone cabin.
In this place is possible to do snorkeling, have lunch with nice drinks (I recommend Mango´s Daikiris) and enjoy the incredibles views.
Highly Recommended.

Special island hideaway. Here for the first time and not the last. Very unique, great drinks, and the best spot to watch the sunset.

We wanted a non-commercial remote tropical island experience and Marina Cay was everything we had hoped for. Even though the island was fully booked, we had no idea who the other folks were or where they were. We seemed to have the beach to ourselves, snorkled around the island, and drank "PainKillers" - it was the perfect vacation. We stayed for a week and used the free ferry to Tortola and booked day trips to other islands including the Baths which is a must see. If you're looking for a 5-Star experience with all the frills then this is not for you but if you want to live the Corona advert kinda experience then you'll find it here just sitting on the beach with no sounds but the water lapping at the beach. You'll want to pinch yourself for having found this gem.
