We ate at Quito's twice on our trip and had mixed experiences. The service was good the first time but not really the second. Our food was also much better the first time. I will say though that both times when we ordered something smoked from the smoker - it was excellent. The jerk chicken had an excellent smoked flavor (and you can see/smell the barrel smoker on the beach next to the restaurant). We also got smoked kingfish for brunch on Sunday and it was excellent as well. I didn't love the pork sandwich - it had several Asian components that didn't really work for me. However, their conch fritters were great. The views can't be beat. They also have great happy hour specials and great live music. Definitely worth going by for drinks and/or a meal and sitting at a table by the water. Also - they tend to close at night whenever they please - on Friday night they were open well past 2 AM and Saturday night they were closed before 11 (we were disappointed because we were planning on going there late-night after a wedding reception but found them closed).
