First I have to mention the staff, they all were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive from the front desk to the bars. Right on the beach, best beach on Tortola. No shortage of bars. Rooms are large, clean and set up nicely. I'd advise that you reserve a place on the beach on "cruise ship" days because they bus passengers to the beach in front of the hotel. Crowded but tolerable. Only thing we have to mention is, that we weren't happy about, was the main entrees. Appetizers were very good but the main meals were lacking. We love fresh fish and you would think it would be plentiful on an island, not true here. We had fish that was terribly overcooked, told that some wasnt available that was on the menu. Enough on this but there are better places on the beach to eat. Everything else was fabulous.

Just returned from a stay at Myetts in Cane Garden Bay and had a great time. The staff at the front desk, the bar staff are wonderful. The location is amazing and the beach is beautiful. The rooms are not luxurious but are clean and amazingly large for a small hotel. Our room had a nice balcony which was great to enjoy morning coffee. Rooms have refrigerator and coffee.
Only negative on the room is the shower was equipped with water limiting device as currently the island is experiencing a water shortage. Not a huge issue just takes a bit longer to get the soap off.
The food in the bar is good, but we found stick to the typical bar foods - fish was disappointing at this location.
There are a number of places in walking distance to the hotel - so get out and explore while there.

My boyfriend and I went to Myetts in February and it exceeded my expectations. When we arrived we were graciously given a tour of our beautiful room and a great rum punch to start the trip off right! We were anxious to get to the beach and Kimmy was fast in processing out checkin, then giving us nice towels. We were so happy to get some lounge chairs and that Myetts allows you to put them in the water. It felt like Heaven to be on such a gorgeous tropical beach.

During the day we enjoyed all the local beach shacks which had great fish sandwiches and pineapple cheeseburgers. We also loved walking the beach and found most places had happy hour prices. Each place was unique and many had music playing during the day and night.

We didn't spend much time in the room but it was very comfortable.

We are already planning our next trip back and everytime the weather is bad here on the East Coast of the USA,,,we don't care...we just take out our coconut rum...sit in the outdoor hot tub..look up at the millions of bright stars in the sky and think we are still at Myetts on CGB!!!!!!

Live the Jimmy Buffet life of Cheeseburger in Paradise and the place he sings about....Cane Garden Bay. Been there 10 straight years and if you are into sandals, swim suits, shorts, great music, drinks, food and entertainment, this is for you. Oh, one more thing....don't expect 3 or 4 star ratings amenities, This is definitely just "beaching" and music. Staff is over the top and the owners cant be beat.

We just returned from our seventh visit to Cane Garden Bay, Tortola and Myett's. As usual, the staff and owners are extremely gracious and do everything they can to make you feel completely at home. The happy hour was filled with great music from Brian Neale and others, and the entire atmosphere is one of relaxation and fun. Kimmy, Cheryl, Val, Vischal, Ernestene, Dovena, Kareem (plus everyone else!) remembers your name, give hugs and works so hard to make your stay enjoyable. If you are looking for a comfortable place with really nice people and a beautiful beach, this is it! Book early, Myett's is a gem! Carol & Tony

We stayed at Myett's for 1 week in February. We really like this place. We were welcomed with open arms (literally, big hug from Kimmy when we finally arrived after a nightmare travel day and a half). The office, and bar staff were really great. The rooms were very nice, not 5 star, but let's be honest, you aren't paying 5 star prices. They are spacious, clean, and have a very nice balcony. Balconies are important to me, I always get up very early, and I like to have a place where I can read and enjoy my coffee.
The beach is awesome, beautiful sand, great scenery, really nice people to talk to, and many restaurants and bars you can walk to.
Only reasons I don't give it five stars ( I rarely rate anything 5 stars) is the cruise ship passengers that get dropped off here most days, making it crowded. We chose to go explore other places on those days. One minor point about the rooms, shower pressure was pretty bad. No big deal to me, but my wife has thick curly hair.
Over all very positive. We have been to the BVI's 4 times now, and this is where we would return to. Thanks to Kimmy, and the office staff, also Shane, and the gentleman that owns the place (whose name escapes me right now). They were all very friendly and made our stay one of the best trips we have ever had in 20+ years of Caribbean travel.
