Our one night stay after a week sailing was very enjoyable. The location on the white sandy beach was great. Rooms were simple and adequate, but were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Quick to respond to air condition and TV needs. The restaurant and bar area was excellent, good menu choices and a great happy hour.
The only draw back was the expense getting there from Road Town. The taxi bill for seven of us was $84.00 each way.
Would consider returning for a longer stay!

I was a little worried about staying so far from the Sunsail base prior to our boat trip, as we had no car, but it was fantastic! The food was great and the staff was awesome - needless to say we spent all of our time on a beach chair with a drink in hand. Cute very Caribbean rooms with a/c, comfortable beds, good pillows. We would return to this hotel again.

We loved the location and the sunset dinners. The rooms are clean and adequate. They are also small and without frills so don't expect 5 stars. We were on the other side of the road from the beach. The rooms on the beach looked nicer but are much more expensive. The staff is helpful and nice. The restaurant food is delicious and plentiful.

Perfect place for a few nights. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in Apply Bay and within walking distance of Bomba's and Sugar Mill Restaurant.
If you're looking for a true island experience and affordable stay, its a great place.

We stayed in one of the Garden rooms for one night before a week long catamaran trip with friends and it worked out perfect for us. We had a few couples stay 2 nights on the beach side and highly recommended their rooms as well. Each of our rooms had double beds so its perfect for couples/friends on a budget or families. Their restaurant serves coffee at 7am and breakfast at 8am (which for us serving time for b-fast was a bit late since we needed an early start the next day but if your on vacation with no agenda, its perfect!) Highly recommend the food especially coffee and breakfast. Having visited Sebastians in 2011 for a friend's wedding, I was looking forward to their delicious breakfast. Although I was unable to get it that morning we stayed overnight...we did go back once we returned from our Cat trip.

Highly Recommend.

This is no 5 star resort, but a great and relaxing local hotel that is right on the beach in the less touristy side of Tortola. If you're looking for a true island experience, stay here. The Bomba Shack (beach bar) and Old Sugar Mill (restaurant) are just a few minutes walk from Sebastian's. Don't forget to try some of the Sebastian's blended rum!
