“calm water snorkeling”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 July 2014

the water can be very shallow here at times so snorkel carefully as to not bump or touch the reef. The reef is very tall and pretty though and lots of fish to see. We swam over toward the rocky shore to the right and saw two small nurse sharks chasing the fry in the shallows! Got to cool underwater pix and video here. A nice beach for a picnic lunch too, but limited shade if you aren't a guest at the resort (we weren't--we brought our own folding chairs, etc.)

“Great Beach and Snorkeling”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 May 2014

Our group stayed at a villa on Mahoe Bay and we were not disappointed. The beach was quiet and beautiful. The first day we were there it was as though we had our own private beach. The snorkeling was very good, a wide assortment of fish and 2 people in our group saw a small nurse shark while they were out snorkeling. The entire Mahoe Bay neighborhood is well maintained and the beach is great.

“Amazing beach of white sand with excellent snorkeling!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 May 2014

we were so lucky to visit Mahoe Bay for a week! that beach was/is incredible!
quiet / beautiful white sand / clear aqua water / snorkeling that rivals anywhere on the island - with reef/fish / turtles and more...
Pelicans diving into the water - and the sunsets are just stunning.
Go if you can -

“A Dream Come True!”

We were married in Mahoe Bay - and the wedding was fabulous. Beautiful (private) beaches, very clean accommodations. Mahoe Bay is our favorite place to stay in Virgin Gorda!

“Beautiful Bay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 April 2014

This bay has a beautiful beach that you can walk, and do other water sports. Several rental properties are located in this bay, short drive to Spanish Town and is mid way to Bitter End.
