You would think that since most diners come via reservations and catamaran, they'd be able to accommodate in the two hours. Service last night, for some of us, was so slow that we couldn't enjoy a leisurely dinner nor could we get dessert before rushing back to the boat. One of us got key lime pie to go only to find an $8 four bite piece in the container when we arrived at home. Yes, dumb on our part to not have checked before leaving, but just the icing on the cake to make us write a bad review.

Felt like we were tourists and not guests for the only time on Grand Cayman. Every other restaurant welcomed us as guests, but at Rum Point the waiters ignored us to the point that we walked up to the bar, ordered our food and served ourselves. When I mentioned the lack of service to the manager, she was not apologetic and unpleasant. I have spent a lot of time in the Caribbean and understand island time, but this was different. I will add that the food was good, the bartender was very friendly and it is a nice location.

our charter boat called our order in as we wanted to continue on to Star fish beach before heading home. We still waited 30 mins to get our food even with our boat crew asking the cooks to push our order up. they said they 80 orders ahead of us. since this is such a huge tourist stop for lunch, not sure why it's not better staffed during peak times. The wait is the only down side but we would go there again.

We had lunch and dinner there, both were great! Dinner was amazing and the sunset was incredible. Would go back in a minute. Really amazing food with a casual, family atmosphere.
