These are not the best blow holes I've ever seen, but they are neat to see if you are passing by. It's worth pulling over to take a look. You don't really need to make a special trip there though.

This is a pleasant drive to get there, very scenic. When you get there kids might find it fun to see. There is nothing else to do. You'll have a look and continue on...no special trip needed but it is nice to break up your trip to Rum Point.

Be careful because people like to climb on the rocks, but if you misstep, it'll rip your skin up.

We stopped to see the blow holes as some rain clouds were rolling in, and we got a spectacular show. Very unique experience, and the rocky shoreline here is beautiful.

If you are in that area of the island, it is worth a stop for a photo op. Otherwise, I would not make a special trip to the area simply to see the Blow Holes. We were staying in Rum Point and wanted to see the East End, on our way to The Lighthouse.

If you are driving around Grand Cayman, then you need to make the photo op stop at the blowholes (holes in the ironshore that crashing waves blow 15-30 foot tall "geysers" through). Not necessarily worth a trip in itself, but if you are passing by then stop and take photos. Blow holes used to be more prolific and dramatic before storms plugged some of them up. Still worth a photo stop though. Wear sturdy shoes because you need to walk over ironshore to get to them.
