Icoa has some of the finest food you will find a Grand Cayman. It is beautifully prepared by chef Juergen with quality ingredients. The staff provide exceptional service and are always happy and professional. For breakfast I recommend the eggs Benedict or the almond croissant. There breads are delicious. My favorite is the wheat bread and the fig walnut bread. They also do a fantastic pate that I always get when I have a party and is the first thing to be devoured. All of the salads and sandwiches are delicious as well as the sashimi. Yumm yumm! Love it!
