I have been to this restaurant/tiki bar twice over the past year. The location is great - right on the water and facing the direction of the beautiful Cayman sunsets.
Service has been consistently good, with a decent cocktail selection and tasty dishes - they have many selections that are the local conch which are worth trying, according to my companion (who likes conch - I don't). The mini sandwich trio is a nice variety of flavours, and the hot cuban panini is very well put-together. The music they play is a good selection of upbeat tunes and reggae - it fits the feel of the place. You can belly up to the bar and watch the large screen TV installed up in the palapa at one end.
Prices are typical for Grand Cayman.
The location is right next to the Cracked Conch restaurant, and they have a shore dive (and a local dive shop - Sundivers) which is a really nice dive. Being able to relax with a drink after a great Cayman dive is a very nice feature of the place.
We will return.
