“Nice stop for lunch”
Reviewed 6 August 2014

Although in a strip mall and very casual, this is a good lunch stop; or for a quick dinner. Combination of burgers and sandwiches, and more local stuff. Near airport, so good for day of arrival or departure.

“Island Time Service”
Reviewed 4 August 2014

We were not in a rush but service was super slow. Went without refills. Took a long time to acknowledge us after being seated and the restaurant does not hold a lot of people nor was it busy. There is too much competition to consider this.

“Great Island Spice”
Reviewed 2 August 2014

If you want a reasonable priced, delicious island meal, head to Cimboco. Some of the dishes are deliciously spiced.

“Only two servers!?!”
Reviewed 1 August 2014 via mobile

We came here to eat one afternoon for dinner looking for some affordable alternative to resort food. When we first arrived around 8pm they only had three tables. That quickly changed. Only two servers for a packed restaurant made for some really slow service. My husband had the steak which was only. My mahi mahi risotto was not good. The risotto was sticky and bland. The mahi mahi was dry. For what you get the prices are good. GC is very expensive so we were just happy to get a sit down meal without spending too much.

“Friendly Affordable Local Restaurant”
Reviewed 26 July 2014

While vacationing on Grand Cayman, my family and I decided to take the advice of other vacationers who frequented Cimboco. The breakfast was excellent and very affordable. If you've ever stayed on Grand Cayman, you know that it is not an inexpensive island; a bit costly. Cimboco was a nice break from paying the high prices of the hotel restaurants. We stayed at the Marriott and Cimboco was just a block away across the street; easy to walk to. They had a great deal: 5 for $5 CI. 3 Eggs, potatoes, toast.

If you want to ease the pull on your wallet, Cimboco is a great way to save those CI dollars!

No worries here!
