One year later we returned to The Brasserie to enjoy another delightful dinner; both years we opted to go with the chef's choice 5-course selection with accompanying wines. In a two-hour stroll through a variety of wonderful chef selections including mussels, a fresh tomatoes and mozzarella salad, swordfish, lamb and medley of deserts we experienced a symphony upon our taste buds. We've been to and really enjoy many restaurants in Grand Cayman, but so far The Brasserie continues to be our favorite.
