One year later we returned to The Brasserie to enjoy another delightful dinner; both years we opted to go with the chef's choice 5-course selection with accompanying wines. In a two-hour stroll through a variety of wonderful chef selections including mussels, a fresh tomatoes and mozzarella salad, swordfish, lamb and medley of deserts we experienced a symphony upon our taste buds. We've been to and really enjoy many restaurants in Grand Cayman, but so far The Brasserie continues to be our favorite.

The food was outstanding!!!!! Everything is super fresh, mostly out of their own garden, or boats. These people really care about the restaurant, and that shows.
You must take the chef's tour to the garden to see first hand the fresh veggies and to feel the true passion for food.
You can also go during the day to "The Market" and enjoy the same quality of food for you to eat there or take out.

After living on the Island for a couple of years now I have heard the odd comment about the brasserie and usually talking about the great lunch options. Recently I tried it with my girlfriend for dinner and was VERY impressed. The food was incredibly fresh, well presented and tasted incredible. The menu has some real classic dishes with modern twists and great local flavors. The service we had was amazing and unfortunately can't remember her name but she was European and very knowledgeable (she needed to be for the great menu).
The stand out for me of the whole evening was the Pâté.... WOW! Really need to try this appetizer, unbelievably tasty. Enjoy the place for yourselves and don't be put off by its office surrounded location.

Holy crap this place was good. The service was fantastic and the decor welcoming. Let's get back to the food. YUM! I had the snapper which was cooked perfectly and it was just the right amount of food. Their wine list is great as well! It's a little hard to find if you're not familiar with driving around Georgetown, but well worth the hunt. I could have eaten at this restaurant every night we were there.

They grown many of their own vegetables, and they catch their own fish. They charge a premium price for the pleasure, but for quality fresh produce at lunchtime, nothing I've found beats a pick-your-own-ingredients salad from the salad bar. There's very little seating, split between the hopelessly cramped interior and the car-park-hidden-by-potted-trees area outside, but it's just really good food.
