Beautiful, comfortable, small restaurant hidden away in downtown George Town. Mostly locals and business travelers. Everything is excruciatingly fresh. The fish "tea" which is actually a soup made with local fish, greens, and squash (they call it pumpkin) is to die for.
We had the seafood pasta over handmade fettucini noodles (which were light, tender, thin, and had just the right amount of tooth). The light sauce, or more properly a reduced broth, was scented with wine, basil and a touch of parmesan cheese Nothing that stood out, just all perfectly balanced. The best seafood dish I have ever had.
