“Fresh Thinking, Fresh Food”
Reviewed 11 April 2014

Beautiful, comfortable, small restaurant hidden away in downtown George Town. Mostly locals and business travelers. Everything is excruciatingly fresh. The fish "tea" which is actually a soup made with local fish, greens, and squash (they call it pumpkin) is to die for.
We had the seafood pasta over handmade fettucini noodles (which were light, tender, thin, and had just the right amount of tooth). The light sauce, or more properly a reduced broth, was scented with wine, basil and a touch of parmesan cheese Nothing that stood out, just all perfectly balanced. The best seafood dish I have ever had.

Reviewed 3 April 2014 via mobile

Ate here on business, colleagues recommended The Brasserie and so glad they did.
Food was excellent, fantastically presented, very tasty.
Service was prompt and friendly.
When I come back to Grand Cayman, I'm definitely going to be eating here!

“A great experience”
Reviewed 26 March 2014 via mobile

The brasserie has amazing chefs that create a wide variety of food. The food is decadent but also has many healthy options like fresh juice! I love both the restaurant and the quick stop-in lunch cafe.

“Exquisite food in an outstanding setting.”
Reviewed 23 March 2014

We made reservations for dinner and were seated in a quiet corner. The ambiance was perfect. The service was outstanding, the wait staff were friendly & outgoing and the food was delicious! My wife had their seafood pasta dish and raved about it - the pasta is all homemade onsite. They grow most of their own vegetables and herbs, as well as have their own fishing boats. Easily ranks at the top our list for dinner during our vacation.
