“For that special souvenir”

Look no further if you want to take special gifts back home from your Cayman Island trip. Pure Art is located about one mile south of Georgetown in a house that is crammed with fun and interesting items, all nicely displayed. Ring the doorbell to get in but there were several shoppers there when we arrived. Gifts are at all price points and you will surely find something that suits your fancy. I found a wire metal bird hanging and a home made beaded owl. They have some unique items. We got a 5% discount for paying cash on a purchase over $50.

“My 'go to' for shopping!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 June 2014

I've been going to Pure Art for about 25 years and always find something new and interesting for me or my friends! The only place I've found with a huge selection for art and crafts made in Cayman. I've always bought smaller pieces that were easy to pack but wanted a large painting for my home. I found the perfect painting this last trip and was amazed and how well the folks packed this 4 ft by 2ft painting for the ride back home. I checked it in with baggage and worried about what I would find when I arrived home. It was in PERFECT condition!!! The painting is hanging proudly in my foyer now. Can't wait to buy more!! Highly recommend this shop!

“Great for Souvenirs and Gifts”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 May 2014

We wanted to see if we could grab some better quality gifts and souvenirs than at the touristy shops around Georgetown. There are a ton of great options at Pure Art - at a variety of price points. You can get something for $5 or $500. I got a beautiful pair of caymanite earrings.

A lot of the stuff is locally made, and there are also some items that aren't. Whatever you are looking for, you will have a lot of options here.

“Lovely Place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 April 2014

If you are looking for Cayman art or something to take home to remember your trip, this is the place to visit. There are several rooms and the shop is jam packed with merchandise. The quality is superb. Every price range so you can find something unique without breaking the bank.

“Pure Art Gallery & Gifts”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 April 2014

Pure Art Gallery & Gifts was one of the best places we found for caymanite jewelry and other island type souvenirs.

it's a house converted into a shop. Bought my wife a really nice caymanite stone set in a sterling silver ring. Other stores on the island were asking more for their jewelry. We stayed at Sunset House so you could walk to Pure Art by going south on Church Street. Would take about 10 minutes to get there. Be careful as there are no sidewalks & you are on the road with the cars. From George town you would have to walk about 30 to 40 minutes so the bus or taxi would be easier.
