The food is amazing but when in Rome.... In the Carribean, seafood is a must. The Ceviche is superb. During our stay, I was on a search for the best ceviche and it may be here. We had then all, even my kids and my daughter's friend who claimed not to like fish.

We stopped by Agua on a recent trip to Grand Cayman on the advice of our waitress at an earlier meal and it was excellent. The shrimp ceviche was delicious and the tuna tartare was refreshing and crisp. The duck carpaccio was a delight and the chocolate cake dessert was a surprisingly light finish, with each component working elegantly together. Our server was helpful as we explored the menu and as we sat outside, we didn't notice the street traffic at all. Leaving dinner, we agreed that it was the best meal that we experienced during our week on the island.

Went here for dinner on our first night in Grand Cayman and we were blown away. Even if you are not planning to eat here be sure to stop in for a drink from their fabulous bartenders.

When Agua first opened, we had several fine meals there,,nice room, excellent food and the fellows that own the place are personable, delightful folks. For a variety of reasons having nothing to do with the restaurant, we hadn't been back for a few years. I am happy to report that it is better than ever. On a night when the kitchen was slammed with a large private party, the food and the service were even better than I recall. This is one of the better restaurants on Cayman,,good food, good service, no pretension

Came here solely for their gluten free menu. My wife has a gluten allergy. The GF menu was extensive. Some places only offer a few salads and entrees but this place offered lots more.

Ambience was nicely done, for romance or fine dining. Service was attentive. Expect to pay accordingly as dining on the islands is not cheap but I thought the prices were pretty fair with all things considered.
