This is our second trip this year to Paradise Villas and once again it was great. We will go back. It is clean, quiet, laid back and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing time away from it all. We made our own breakfast and lunch daily and ate on the back porch a short stones throw from the shoreline. We snorkeled out front, napped and read in the hammocks, and rode bikes all over the island. We met folks that are now friends. And we went scuba diving with Conch Club Divers every day in the pristine waters.

Room Tip: The closer to the pool, the better the wifi works.

Our stay at the Paradise Villas on Little Cayman, Cayman Islands was as near to perfect as possible. My wife and I found the staff and everyone involved to be as friendly, helpful, and courteous as you could every want. While it is obvious that scuba diving is the main attraction for Little Cayman, due to health reasons neither of us are divers, which meant that we were restricted to snorkeling and free diving. The snorkeling available everywhere is extraodinary and pretty much anything you might see diving you will be able to experience while snorkeling. So even if you aren't a diver, don't let that keep you away from Little Cayman.

Room Tip: Any one of the villas would be excellent!

December 2012
Villa's
Loved the fact that the villa's are right on the ocean. The villa's are small but extremely clean. You will be spending most of your time out on the porch or on the beach. They need a bit of TLC but are very pratical and well set up. Love the hose at the front steps so that you can get the sand off your feet. PS> take bug spray there are sand flies (no see-um's)

Diving
Conch Club dive operation is one the best run operations I have seen. Service was fantastic. Picked you up a the villa at 7:20 and back by around 11:30 after doing two spectacular morning dives. Drying shack down at the peer and able to leave all the gear there. Excellent Dive Masters...thanks Claire and Matt :).

Hungry Iguana Restaurant
MMM...food was very good and lots of variety. Loved the lobster cakes on caesar salad. Fun to watch the iguana's at lunch time.

Staff
Wonderful. Need I say more?

Island
No traffic, no worries. Sit back and relax. Take the bikes, ride around, check out the bar at the Little Cayman Beach club, check out point of sand. Grocery store very well stocked (remembering there is only one grocery store and it is stocked when the ship came in).

Very relaxing vacation with some incredible diving.

Glad we chose to stay at Paradise Villa's.

Best service we have found anywhere thus far! My wife and I spent 8 nights in one of these beachfront villas. All villias have an excellent view of the ocean and are well equiped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation on the "no hassle" Little Cayman Island. Everything was just as described! The managers greet you at the airport and take your bags even though the villas are steps away from the time you exit the plane! The rest of the staff is very nice, our villa and grounds were cleaned above what I would expect every day.

The Hungry Iguana resteraunt is just a few steps from your villa and is wonderful. We tried every resteraunt on the island and the Iguana is right there with the competition. Don't be scared about the lack of quality food supplies on this remote island, everything was fresh and all meals including lunch were at what I would consider "gourmet" level.

Conch Club Divers was a top notch dive service all throughout this trip. The boat "Sea-Esta" is well equiped and very comfortable. They use an entry system where you sit down on a bench at the stern, your equipment is then brought to you by the divemater and put on while sitting at your entry point. It is a very efficient and safe system! It really took the hassle out of gearing up and trying not to fall down while walking to the back of the boat with your fins on! The employees of Conch Club Divers are true dive professionals. The service is very personal, they listen to what you like most about diving and try their best to put you on those type of sites!

Everything you really ever need on this vacation is within a 100 yard walk. There is a grocery store, liquour store and car / scooter rental next to the villa property. I would suggest going to the "Poiint of Sand Beach", Kayaking to "Owen Island" and fishing for Bonefish or Tarpoon with "Jeremy". Just ask the managers when you arrive and they will not steer you wrong! We will be back!

Room Tip: If you really like privacy ask to see if villa number 1 is available. It has a private section of beach on a lower level that cannot be seen at night by the other villas. Every villa has excellent views, none would be a bad choice in my opinion. #1 just has something more unique.

One of our best vacations ever! Beautiful, clean, peaceful, safe villas. The kids loved every second and whole family wants to go back. If anything, their web site understates what a great place this is for a real getaway. Food was much better than expected for an "out" island, service was super and our only complaint was that we had to leave!!
