“Lovely seaside cottage”
Reviewed 20 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Stayed for 1 week with my family. Cottage is on the door step of picturesque village Aberdaron. It is very spacious with 3 reasonably sized rooms. Bathroom and shower room were nice and modern, and it was nice to use these facilities after a long day at the beach. We all felt at home. The views out of the cottage are amazing when looking at the Welsh valleys and sea. The garden is also spacious with a nice picnic bench to have lunch on. The cottage is in a nice quiet spot in the village and there are many beaches to go to nearby. We have all been coming to Aberdaron for many years and this is one of our favourite cottages. Would stay again.

Cosy quiet cottage, spotlessly clean. Stunning views, and only 5 minutes from Spar, bakery, cafes, pubs/restaurants. Most provisions are available in the village (go before breakfast for the bakery!), so you can ditch the car and explore the miles of coastal path.
For those poor people who cant survive without internet access, there is free WiFi at both pubs (and a few other places).

All in all, one of the best places I have stayed, and no rain for 2 weeks!

“Amazing :)”
Reviewed 17 August 2013 for a stay in August 2013

We stayed at Hafan last week having just arrived home today.
On arrival we were stunned by the amazing views the property has. The lovely garden areas over looks the village and Aberdaron bay. Hafan is in a peaceful spot but a 5 minute walk into the postcard village which offers 2 places to eat a chip shop , spa, bakery and little seaside shops as well as a newsagent.
We entered the property to find a light amd spacious well maintained lovely home. The bedrooms were perfect and roomy. The decor is perfect and the kitchen is huge. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower are all very modern. Hafan was so clean I could not fault a single thing. Waking up and looking out at those views every day in such a stunning home has made for a beautiful relaxing family holiday. I would litterally live there and did not want to leave. Hope to return next year.
The owners of Hafan are extremely helpful and communication was fantastic.

“The perfect family holiday”
Reviewed 5 August 2013 for a stay in July 2013

Hafan is a fantastic holiday house with the most amazing view. It has everything a family needs for a relaxing seaside holiday. The location is ideal only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach has rocks, sand and waves. There were a few too many jellyfish for our liking, but they didn't seem to bother most people.
Aberdaron itself is a gem of a village. The bakery is excellent.
We all loved it there and no one wanted to leave!

“Attractive and comfortable House in an Idyllic Setting”
Reviewed 24 June 2013 for a stay in June 2013

This is a very attractive detached house with stunning views. Very clean and comfortable with everything to hand. We loved the spaciousness of the house which had a light and airy feel.
Down a short hill into the village where there are several places to eat and a local Spar store. Great bakery close by with lovely bread and pies.
Would recommend this house for a very peaceful holiday
