Might not be gourmet, but fits the experience of Cayman Brac. Big smile and a little flair makes the bbq taste even better. We went twice and brought back to the house to eat on the deck at sunset. Can't beat the price and the amount of chicken. One large was enough to split for two especially with the bread. Remember it is a roadside stand so don't expect it to be gourmet or up to US health code. The closer u hit it to when it is ready, the better it will be.
