This is a very small museum, but it was created with great care and love, and managed by some lovely people.
The history of the island is depicted in graphic detail, mainly through documents and photographs, but there are some interesting artefacts on display.
On entering it appears to need only 30 minutes or so to complete the tour of the displays but we spent more than hour, and given more time would have taken longer.
St Kitts is more than beaches and booze and if you do not have time to explore the island and learn about its history then this museum will do the trick, and if you have seen the island, then the museum fills the gaps beautifully.
