Description: Beach side restaurant built in a large Tiki hut with tropical decor, high end cuisine and the only wine cellar on the island. The views of St Kitts and the Caribbean sea as well as the building are exceptional with a relaxed feeling while the food and wine are superior. This is not a beach bar but a high end restaurant on the beach. Added 6/18/2017 at the suggestion of guests...early and late season we tend to close on Saturdays, reservations or calling to confirm hours is advised.

We have been dining here for years. Imagine a South Pacific-inspired thatched pavilion with views to the sea. Gary Colt, the owner, is a real professional restauranteur. Chef Steve has a wonderful touch with local ingredients, lovely spicing. The wine cellar (which you can visit) is the best on Nevis. Some wines, are, of course, pricey. On an island where many foods are imported, the prices here are competitive, considering this is thoughtful gourmet food. At our last meal, we had Steve's lobster cake and his pumpkin soup. Both were ridiculously good. We also love to start with the runny raw milk French camembert infused with Calvados, shared by the table. The seafood is wonderful, some hints of Creole. The service, by lovely Nevisian ladies, is professional but so friendly, always a smile. The barman is terrific, helpful. I wish their rum punch were a bit more inspired - this IS Nevis, after all!

One of the best meals we've ever had! From the ambiance, to the service to the food, 5 stars all the way! I ordered chicken mole and I have to be honest, it was the best and I've had lots of mole in my life!
We didn't plan on going to this restaurant and it turned out it was completely by luck. Although this was a little pricey, it was worth every penny.

We stayed at the Four Seasons resort but ate here on our last night, and we are glad that we did. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the view of the water is great (its basically right on the beach) and the food was amazing. Huge wine list, friendly staff, definitely a place to not miss if you are on Nevis.
This is the only off resort restaurant that you can charge back to your room at the Four Seasons.

We maybe on an island in the Caribbean, but the seafood is of average quality, the lobster was terribly overdone. The steak however was not bad, but this is a French restaurant, and should have more French cuisine. The foie gras terrine was passable, but it's basically a slice off the goose/duck liver. On the other hand, they have a good repetoire of wines in their custom cellar for a tiny Caribbean island.
