We have been to this open air museum in the afternoon and were disappointed to realize that it was about to close. However, we were invited to come again in the morning preferably, and we were happy that we did.The tour was led by Pat who made a lively presentation of the evolution of housing on the island since the time of the first Carib inhabitants until today. Her highly documented exposé and the on site display of the various types of local houses was another way to better appreciate the caribbean spirit.
We not only enjoyed the presentation but we also appreciated Pat's precisions about Nevis history as well as trying the various fuit trees in this park. It is definitely worth a visit!
